Can you cook Cream Puffs without a cooking tray, baking sheet, or Parchment Paper ?

I don't have those materials and I can't go to the store, any replacements for those ? PS. I use microwave oven not a normal oven. Also, my microwave oven says, Bake, Broil, Toast, Pizza, and others, which should I use ?
