Cooking ranch/parmesan chicken?

i have this recipe that im sort of changing a little. just mixing ranch seasoning, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs then shaking the chicken in that. the chicken is chicken tender fillets. they're not that big. just wondering what the best way to cook it would be? i could bake it or broil it. if i bake it, how long should i cook it and on what temp? and im also trying to find the best way to keep in flavor. i usually broil chicken and its awesome but i dont want that flavor to kill the seasoning flavors.
