Am I ment to be with this guy?

I saw this guy who works at Hollister. And then last week I saw him working there again. I saw him again yesterday with his friend at Marshalls. Everytime I see him I get this feeling like no other. He is so handsome and I see him all the time. I have no idea who he is though. He looks like hes a couple of years older than i am. Are people truly ment to be together? I think he is interested in me but i have never said anything to him. He looks as if he could go to my highschool.
