Which 3 main entrees would you pick?

Chicken Kiev, Roast Prime Rib, and maybe the Broiled Lake Superior Whitefish if it tastes similar to Cod. If not I've no problem with taking the Broiled Salmon. Salmon's good too. Hope this helps. :)
