Should I broil beef kabobs on hi or low?
I'm making beef kabobs tonight. Using this recipe: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,1627,159187-233200,00.html I don't know if I should use the hi (high) setting or the lo (low) setting. My guess is I should use the hi setting.
