IMPORTANT? EASY 10 POINTS !??!?! PLEASE HELP.?

In regular abercrombie/hollister I usually fit into a M or L for the regular.. what size do you think I can fit in for kids? I'm 16 and about 5'5 and I weigh about 130 and im a girl.
