Will I gain weight from what I have eaten this week?

Ok so I was at camp last week, and as soon as i came back, I have been having extreme binges. I'm talking about a box of snickers, 10 pieces of baklava, rice, bread, cheese, chips and tons more. I am bullimic, so after i eat all this crap, i throw it back up, however, i know that i havent purged up everything. I also run for about 2 hours afterwards, burning 1000 calories. I am not going to eat until Monday to make up for this binge, however, will i still gain weight? I am trying to get a flat belly, but im afraid i completely lost my chances
