Should I make shrimp AND steak?

I have two thoughts. One, you could sprinkle them with a touch of Cajun seasoning and cook in the steak juices. Or, you could deglaze the pan with white wine, a touch of lemon juice and a bit of chopped garlic and cook the shrimp in that. Or you could just grill the shrimp and eat them the basic way just like you're doing with the steak.
