I know this is in the wrong catorgory but I need some help.?

How would you track a Hollister order on Canada post? I tried putting the order # in the tracking # place but it didn't work. The shipment email didn't give me a tracking # all it gave me was the order # to track it on the site but some friends have done it on Canada post before.
