How to react to a homophobe?

okay so here is the deal... i am an out and proud lesbian... i am in the first real relationship i have ever had and i have dealt with the typical snickers and i know how to handle it... my partner and i have a daughter together so we are pretty serious on the life long commitment lol... well i just got offered a new job =) hurray and i leave to go to training in a different state... they have us sharing rooms with one other person which i am fine with.... i have met all my other training buddies from my town... well i called the hotel and found out it was someone different from a whole new town... i dont know from where... i know nothing about them except that they are female... i am honestly afraid that she might be a homophobe... which the company is very conservative so there is a chance she might be... so what do i do.... i dont flaunt my relationship but i dont hide it either... i will be gone for awhile so i obviously will be talking to my partner on the phone... so im sure the female will figure it out... and not to mention my friends from town will be in my room studying with me... i dont want to cause issues and ive never been in a work situation where this maybe an issue... im just worried... cause i have no idea how to react if she is a homophobe...
