Give me some HIGH PROTEIN, VERY FILLING but HEALTHY meals? and SNACKS? SWEET SNACKS?

I broil salmon and flounder in the oven and make a big tossed salad to go with it. Chicken salad and egg salad isn't that fattening if you don't use a lot of mayo. I like to wrap either one in a big romaine leaf with chopped tomato and eat it. Boiled shrimp are very low in calories--I buy a bag of peeled, frozen cooked shrimp and defrost them and eat them with catchup or cocktail sauce. I love smoked almonds too.
