Bubba gump shrimp company recipe for lobster butter sauce?

I ate at Bubba Gump shrimp Company a few weeks ago and had the broiled tilapia with lobster butter sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. I know that they sell a recipe book and I wanted to see if anyone had this recipe. Thanks.
